A 'Trash Out" In Hot Springs, AR. The former owner took every hard wired light fixture both inside and out, all of the interior doors, every register return grate, and a built in-to-the wall cabinet leaving a 5' x 3' hole in the living room wall. They did, however, leave behind many appliances in the yard, surprises in the bathrooms, pharmacutical drugs, many empty liquor bottles, hazardous waste,
many, many toddler toys and quite a mess.
Damage caused by vandals to a foreclosed home in Bethel Heights, AR. They broke out four windows, a glass exterior door, shot up the walls, broke up several kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity cabinets, and managed to find paint left by the former homeowner to generously spread all over every wall and carpet in every room thus ruining it. Needless to say, the damage to this once very nice home was in the several thousands.
